Hi everyone,

I have created a new course called Dahlias For Beginners which is a step-by-step process to growing your own stunning dahlias at home. As a self-taught Brisbane gardener, I designed this workshop with everything I wish knew when I first started growing dahlias, including when to plant them (summer). Anyone can grow their own beautiful flowers. I know, because I did!

The workshop is for backyard and balcony garden beginners alike. The Dahlias For Beginners is $111 and it’s an online workshop that you can do in your own time. **Meet Your Teacher**

*Hi I’m Phoebe (AKA Salisbury Grange).*
*As someone who started growing dahlias as a total newbie 6 years ago, I know it can be confusing working out how to grow your own flowers, especially one grown from a tuber!*
I spent years experimenting with my own garden and learning about incredible dahlia varieties and finally became really good at it (after making lots of mistakes)! This course contains the exact information I wish I had upfront to make my learning process a lot simpler.
*Dahlias are the fashion queen of the flower kingdom and can only be grown at one time of the year, so let’s get on it together!*

This is where we talk about getting the right materials, when to plant dahlias, and finding the right spot for your dahlias in your home.
This lesson includes a how-to video on how to plant your dahlia tubers. Thankfully, it’s pretty simple.
This lesson includes a how-to video on pinching dahlias. What?! I explain what ‘pinching’ means and why to do it (to get a lot more flowers!).
Dahlias are tall with heavy flowers so we go through how to support them and also go through watering and managing pests (the kind way).
This lesson includes a how-to video going through all the stages of growing dahlias so you can see exactly how long it takes.
